general Yoga Classes are 90 minutes long and mixed levels. This provides time for deep work and individual attention. The advanced students practice side by side with the newest beginners. This reminds the advanced students how far they’ve come, and enables the beginners to form a clear idea of what they’d like to achieve. My students consist of yogis, athletes, and dancers who want to deepen their knowledge.
